Billing, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the “Manage subscription” link inside the app, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Yearly plans renew once a year and can be cancelled at any time before renewal.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
